Description

A classic lemon ginger water recipe that blends citrus brightness with the earthy warmth of ginger. Refreshing, hydrating, and easy to prepare — enjoy it warm or cold as part of your daily wellness routine.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium lemon (organic preferred)
  • 1 to 2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups (1 liter) filtered or spring water
  • Optional: raw honey, cucumber, mint, or a pinch of turmeric

Instructions

    1. Warm Infusion Method:
    2. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
    3. Add sliced ginger and simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.
    4. Remove from heat and squeeze in lemon juice.
    5. Optional: stir in honey while warm.
    6. Strain the mixture and pour into a glass jar or bottle.
    7. Enjoy warm, or let cool before serving.
