Description

Bethenny Frankel’s viral cottage cheese protein bagels are a game-changing high-protein twist on the classic, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat or low fat)
  • 1 cup oat flour (or almond flour for low-carb version)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, oat flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl until a thick dough forms.
  3. Divide and shape the dough into bagel rounds by hand or with a silicone mold.
  4. Top each bagel with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving or store for later use.

Notes

To freeze, wrap each cooled bagel individually and store in a freezer-safe container. Reheat directly in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
